Network International Commitment

Financial Support:

Network International sponsorships and financial support is directed to the Houston community where the company is headquartered. Network supports programs that promote human services, community development, as well as arts and cultural activities.

Employee Outreach:

Network Employees are encouraged to participate in civic, charitable, educational and cultural organizations. Network will organize, support, and participate in three (3) events per year where Company-wide participation will be highly encouraged but will not be mandatory.

Volunteer Day:

Network Employees will be given one (1) business day with pay for volunteering with the non-profit of their choice. Submissions for this day must go through their direct supervisor for sign-off and then to the CRC Coordinator for submission one week prior to the event.

Who Is the CRC?

The CRC will consist of five members of the company, two appointed members and three rotating voluntary members. The three rotating members will be drawn from submitted names and will serve for a year long term.

What Do They Do?

The CRC accepts submissions for community relations funding and volunteering, as well as researching additional opportunities within the community. The CRC handles all communications between the non-profit organizations and organize events for Network employees to volunteer.

How to Submit a Request:

• Fill out Request Form (see form below)
• Submit Form via Email (see contact information below)
• Meetings will be held Bi-monthly so all Requests must be in 60 days prior to the event
• Only complete submitted requests will be reviewed.
• An email confirming the results of this review will be sent to the submitted contact person within one week of being reviewed.
• All decisions are final.

General Guidelines:

• Only 501 (c) 3 Organizations will be considered
• Sponsorship requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the event.
• Committee will not review more than one proposal from an organization in a twelve-month period (special cases may be an exception)
• Support in one year does not guarantee continued support in future years

Network International, Inc. does not contribute to the following:

• Organizations that raise money for other nonprofits
• Institutions of higher learning (alumni, etc.)
• Religious organizations, unless it benefits the community, such as: homeless outreach, Christmas Angel-tree, etc.
• Labor, fraternal, and veteran’s organizations (such as the Union, etc.)
• Political organizations or projects
• Trips and tours, including transportation costs
• All Guidelines & Restrictions are subject to change by the CRC or CEO.
