Network International, Inc. was founded in 1999 under the original name Network Oil, Inc. Based in Houston, Network International is a registered Delaware C-Corporation whose principal business is executing Online Auctions and Private Sales of idle, surplus, and used energy equipment in the oil & gas, petrochemical and power industries, on an exclusively consigned and global basis. Equipment is sold as is, from its existing location, and Network International never takes title or possession of an asset (so we remain neutral to the process).

The company's founding investors include major and small oil and gas companies, individual leaders within the energy sector, as well as top ranking Wall Street firms. We have coupled our investors' capital with years of hard work and industry collaboration to develop a sophisticated secondary marketplace for energy equipment.

Complementing our Online Auctions and Private Sales, we also offer a full range of value-added services, such as field inventory verification and equipment description analysis. These services are in addition to our comprehensive sale process, which incorporates extensive marketing, customer service, the collection and remittance of sale proceeds and taxes, the transfer of appropriate legal documentation, and detailed post-sale reporting.
